What we collect

What you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address and message. Quote requests also include the item you're asking about, and training requests include the course and number of people. We also derive a salted hash from your IP address and store it with accepted requests. The request record does not store your raw IP address.

Why

To reply to you, set up your appointment or class, and send your quote. We use the IP-derived hash to limit spam and abusive submissions.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't set advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Form messages and their IP-derived hashes are deleted from active request records after 90 days. Local database backups follow a separate 14-day retention schedule. Deleting an active record does not mean every backup, database journal or provider copy is immediately erased.

Fingerprints

Fingerprint details are collected through our separate intake form, used only to build your EFT file, and removed from our systems once the file is delivered to you. Keep the email with your file. We won't have a copy.

Security

This site sits behind Cloudflare, which filters abusive traffic and may process your IP address to do it. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.
